Order Instruction

How to order

Order steps:
  • Sign in/Register
  • Select your item
  • Put them into your shopping cart
  • Fill out & Confirm your order information
  • Pay
  • Check your order status

1. Select your item
you can also search our items by using our search engine. You can search by brand, by keywords or item code.
2. Put them into your shopping cart
After selecting the items, click on ‘Order’ button to add the items on your shopping cart.  You can set the quantity in the shopping cart.

If you want to buy more items, you can click on “continue shopping” button on the checkout page to return to the home page, and select other items.
3. Fill out & Confirm your order information
In this page, it shows the delivery address, phone number and email. Please check carefully your information is correct  before you submit the order.
4. Pay
After you confirm your order and click “confirm” , your order will be created and there is a order number and the page direct you to make the payment.  After completing the payment, your order is finished and you will get an email of the payment confirmation from our payment system.
6. Check your order status
After completing the order process, you can check your order status by logging in your account. In your account, click on “order history record” button in the left hand side and all your order information will be listed here. There are 3 order status:

  • Paid:  In this status, your payment has been confirmed, and our staff will fulfill the order as soon as possible.
  • Unpaid: In this status, your order hasn’t been paid yet, if you still want the order and need to pay, plesae open the order and click on”Go to pay” to finish the payment.
  • Order shipped: In this status, your order has been shipped,  

How to order the size
If you order the clothing or shoes,  you need to get your sizes.
There is a “Leave your message” below the shopping cart before you confirm the order.  Please put the sizes of the items in there. 

How to modify order
1. Can I modify my purchase items before dispatched?
Yes. If the order status is not “Dispatched” (login your account in our website and check the status from your order history) , you can modify the purchase items by simply emailing or sending us a message and telling us which item you want to change. After receiving your message/email, we will cancel the previous order and refund you. At the same time, we will send you a new invoice, in which includes the payment button for the new item you want to change.
2. Can I modify purchase items after dispatched?
No. If the order status is showed “Dispatched” (login your account in our website and check the status from your order history), it means the order has been sent.
3. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if the order status is not “Dispatched (login your account in our website and check the status from your order history). You can change the delivery address by emailing or sending  us a message and telling us the new address.  
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you changed your mind after making the payment, you can cancel the order by simply emailing or sending us a message and telling us the order number. We will refund you soon after. Please note that, cancel order won’t be accept if the order status is “Dispatched” (login your account in our website and check the status from your order history)
How to track order 
1. Is there tracking number for my order?
Yes, we will record all tracking numbers for each order.
2. How can I know the tracking website?
The tracking website will be sent to you by email once the order is dispatched.
3. When will I receive the tracking number?
The tracking number will be sent to your email after the order is dispatched. If you never receive the email, then you can login your account and check it at “message”, we left the tracking number there.
4. Will I be noticed if the package is not delivered?
Our staff will track your order once a day until the order is delivered. If there is anything wrong, we will contact you at first and giving you the best solutions we can do to compensate the time and money you cost.
5. Where can I find the tracking number of the order?
There are two ways. First you can check your email; we will send the tracking number with the tracking website link to you once the order is dispatched. Secondly, you can check the tracking number by logging in our website and click on “message”
